Booking Appointments

If booking online, please ensure you receive an email/text confirmation, otherwise, your appointment has NOT been scheduled.

Arriving at the Salon

Ample parking is available in our lot. There are two entrances, front and rear; rear access has an elevator. When entering through the front, go to the left and up the stairs and you will see My Salon Suite entrance. Please use the call box to enter #204 for the salon, and I will buzz you in.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. ​If you cancel without 24 hours notice, a $50 deposit will be required when you reschedule. 

​If you do not show up for your appointment and wish to reschedule, a full deposit will be required at the time of booking. 

​All deposits will be applied to the cost of your service and are non-refundable. 

Standard Procedures

  • Towels and tools are single-use and will be sanitized and washed after each client

  • Touchless payment is available

Maintaining a healthy environment

We kindly ask that you please do not come to the salon sick. Visiting the salon while you are sick directly exposes your stylist and other guests to any illness you may have; if you think you are getting sick or are sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment within 24 salon business hours. Stay home, hydrate and rest. Come back in when you’re feeling better!

At Your Appointment

  • Appointments only; no walk-ins

  • Masks are no longer required

  • Appointments are staggered to allow for enough distance between staff and clients within the space

  • Use the call box (dial #204) to let us know you are here and I’ll buzz you in

After Your Appointment

If you develop any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within 48 hours of your visit please notify us immediately by calling 508.215.6940 or by emailing brianna@bmitchellhairsalon.com. Studies have shown a person is the most infectious 48 hours prior to their first symptoms showing. Your honesty is paramount to my safety and I appreciate you contacting me.
